Always A Positive Experience

I have been a client at Aspen Beauty for over 3 years now and I must say, I have always had a positive experience whenever I go. The owner is very friendly and considerate, the instructors are very knowledgeable and attentive and the students exhibit great skill and excellent customer service. The prices are extremely affordable, especially given the quality of work received. This is the ONLY place I go to get my hair colored. They have perfected it! The students are required to do a personal consultation on each client and then review the plan with the instructor who ensures that they are performing the right procedure in the correct manner before they start any service. While the instructors don’t “hover” over the students, they do watch and make sure they are doing everything correctly. The owner, Maria, also walks around and checks in with the customers to make sure we are ok and satisfied with our service. I also trust the students to try out new styles on me when I can’t decide how I want my hair done, and I have never been disappointed with the results!
